Managing Director and CEO
Luxolo Mpafa holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wits University, Bsc Honours degree in Applied Science from University of Pretoria, BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Johannesburg, Diploma in Marketing Management from UNISA and other short course certificates from different institutions.
He has more than 15 years of combined working experience from various industries such as Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Research & Development. He served at different management levels within 4 different companies. He is currently in a senior management position in one of the biggest mining companies. He also spent more than 6 years serving in labour unions where he once served in the NEC of the biggest trade union in the mining industry. He was responsible for EE implementation, wage negotiations, conflict resolution, case handling, ensuring compliance to policies and
acts.
Director and Marketing Executive
Ayanda Mpafa is a graduate of Walter Sisulu University in Office management and Technology. She also has short courses in financial services sector. She spent more than 6 years in the financial services sector responsible for sales and marketing. Her involvement with clients from different industries such as; retail, public sector, hospitality etc. will add value to our business.
